Intelligent Electrical Cabinet for Automated Cylinder Rotation Management
The project involves designing and building an electrical cabinet to control the rotation of a cylinder in both directions. The cabinet offers the possibility of selecting a manual or automatic operating mode, depending on the operator’s needs. Using an HMI (Human Machine Interface), the user can supervise and adjust the control system in real time. This solution guarantees precise and flexible process management, optimizing the overall efficiency and performance of the composting system.
Siemens LOGO! Automation for Biscuit Factory in Tunisia
Our project consisted in renovating a mixer for a cookie company in Tunisia. This renovation was carried out by integrating a Siemens LOGO! PLC with extension modules, enabling the machine to be reprogrammed to meet performance requirements.
We also implemented all the safety standards required to ensure optimum protection for safe users, focusing on modernization, compliance with safety standards and overall system improvement.
Robotic Integration for Welding Process Optimization with Yaskawa and Siemens
Our project involves establishing communication between a Yaskawa robot, a Siemens PLC and two Schneider Lexium 32 variable speed drives. The aim is to minimize waste generated by the robot during welding operations. The variable speed drives control the position of the welding jig, enabling welding in both directions without manual intervention by the operator. This solution improves process efficiency, while guaranteeing greater precision and reduced waste.
Repair and Maintenance Service for Variable Speed Drives and Industrial Motors
Our service includes the recovery of programs from various PLCs and HMI interfaces, as well as their reinstallation on new PLCs in the event of replacement. If necessary, we carry out a complete reprogramming of the machine, in strict compliance with specific requirements. Imposed by the customer.
